Morgan Wallen Sentenced In Chair-Throwing Incident

The long road to justice has come to an end for Morgan Wallen. Eight months after his arrest for allegedly throwing a chair off the sixth-story roof of "Chiefs" in Nashville, the singer appeared in Tennessee’s Davidson County Circuit Court yesterday and was sentenced. Wallen pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor counts of reckless endangerment without a weapon, reduced from the three Class E felonies he was originally charged with. The plea deal requires him to spend seven days in a DUI education center and pay a $350 fine and court fees. Additionally, he will be on supervised probation for two years. If he is able to successfully complete his probation term, the charges will be eligible for dismissal and removal from his public record. See Morgan's appearance in court below
