Pam Tillis had a tough moment on stage recently that Riley Green and Tucker Wetmore graciously helped make a little less awkward. Tillis was on stage with a group of musicians at the Grand Ole Opry earlier this week when she tried to introduce them to the crowd, and it didn't go well. Introducing Wetmore, Pam said, "you’ve been paying your dues for a good long while. From your home state of Alabama, right?" (that's Riley). Tucker corrected her, saying "No, I’m from Washington state." So, Pam realizes she's mixed up her country singers, right? Not so much. She continued, "Like I said, you’re from Washington…Mr. Riley Green everybody.” To their credit, both Tucker and Riley tried to make the moment a little less awkward, with Tucker saying "My name is Tucker Wetmore. I wish I was that pretty, though," and Riley adding, "Just reuse that introduction in a little bit. It’ll work perfectly."
